Quality Assurance Engineer with Manufacturing experience required for long term contract assignment in Bolton
The opportunity:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
1. To provide problem-solving expertise to overcome operational challenges
2. Lead and support Kaizen events and workshops, driving rapid improvement and engaging cross-functional teams
3. Assess internal and external trends to see opportunities for operational improvement
4. To engage with cross functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting data driven decision making
5. Collate, validate and analyse complex data sets to identify trends and priorities
6. Mentor, coach and build team capability to achieve sustainable process improvements
