We are currently seeking two professional Receptionists to join their industry-leading team based at the Goole Manufacturing and Components Facility.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, the Receptionist/Administrator will serve as a key front-of-house representative and provide administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and seamless operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and register visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct accordingly.
*
Manage visitor journey: registration, correspondence, safety inductions, and PPE allocation.
*
Maintain PPE stock – clean, presentable, and readily available.
*
Ensure compliance with visitor registration and input into Visitor Access Management System.
*
Liaise with Security for parking and site access coordination.
*
Handle incoming mail and deliveries – receive, sort, and distribute.
*
Issue visitor passes and monitor building access when required.
*
Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the Visitor Suite.
*
Ensure reception-area displays and screens are operational and current.
*
Maintain office supplies (stationery, consumables).
*
Coordinate meeting arrangements (catering, AV equipment, setup).
*
Support interns with special educational needs and disabilities.
*
Assist in planning and execution of on-site events and conferences.
