What You’ll Be Doing
-Teaching engaging Geography lessons across KS3–KS4 (with KS5 opportunities in some schools)
-Delivering real‑world learning through fieldwork, case studies and contemporary geographical issues
-Encouraging enquiry, critical thinking and curiosity about human and physical geography
-Using assessment, data and targeted support strategies to raise attainment
-Creating a structured, inclusive and aspirational classroom environment
-Contributing positively to curriculum development and the wider Humanities team
Who We’re Looking For
-Qualified Geography Teachers (QTS/QTLS) — ECTs encouraged to apply
-Strong subject knowledge across human and physical geography
-Confident classroom practitioners with excellent behaviour management
-Teachers who can simplify complex content and engage learners of all abilities
-Individuals who are reliable, proactive and committed to student success
-Professionals who enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive school environment
