About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist (Level 3/4) with strong skills in aesthetics and sales. As a Beauty Therapist at Astrabody, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality non-invasive body treatments and laser hair removal, while achieving sales targets. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise and excellent customer service will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients, guide them through their treatments, and install them safely in the machines (InfraBike, SupraSculpt, Cryolipolysis, etc.)
* Perform laser hair removal treatments (training will be provided if required)
* Advise and recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to client needs
* Proactively drive sales and exceed targets through a consultative approach
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming working environment
* Assist with stock management and product inventory
* Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction
* Create engaging content for social media (e.g. Instagram stories) to promote services and client results
Candidate Profile
You are the right fit for this role if:
* You hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
* You have proven experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field
* Experience or training in Laser Hair Removal is a strong advantage
* Experience or training in Cryolipolysis or similar body contouring treatments is desirable
* You are confident, dynamic, and highly motivated
* You have excellent customer service and communication skills
* You are comfortable working towards sales targets and commissions
* You are proactive with social media and enjoy creating content
* You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
