Description: This role involves working with high-net worth clients, identifying their needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing tailored investment recommendations. Responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling client investor profiles and financial objectives, building a sustainable client book, and supporting career development within the bank. The position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks, with non-compliance potentially leading to disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized financial advice through reviews and presentations, assessing client goals and recommending strategies.
2. Communicate suitable financial solutions, including core Banking, Investment, and Life Priority options.
3. Partner with Financial Advisor teams to share market insights and promote portfolio growth.
4. Utilize bank resources to benefit clients or prospects.
5. Develop and grow a client book to meet financial targets and advance career stages.
6. Prioritize client requests and connect them with internal service providers based on their needs.
The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey:
This program trains and guides Merrill Financial Solutions Advisors (MFSAs) to become successful independent financial advisors, working with affluent and high-net-worth clients, developing relationship management skills, and preparing for a career within Merrill Wealth Management. Located in a Merrill branch, the program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and career progression pathways.

Required Qualifications:
* Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 instead of 66).
* At least two years in financial services or sales with goal achievement.
* Minimum one year in investments, with product knowledge.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, relationship-builder, effective communicator.
* Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in lead generation and client development.
* Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
* Additional designations like CFP or CRPC, and insurance licenses.
