Head Chef – Buckingham
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a beautiful venue in the heart of Buckingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join the team. Reporting to the General Manager, this position would suit an experienced Senior Chef who would love to have freedom to create different menus & run their own kitchen, or a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef who wants to advance food service and create a culinary destination for guests.

Our client is a conference, meeting and wedding venue within a historic Coaching Inn in the heart of Buckingham.
The Person
The ideal HeadChef will have the following:
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a hotel Head Chef
Run sections and kitchen in service
Experience in banqueting would be beneficial
A creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operation
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
True team spirit, enthusiasm and the right attitude will go a long way!
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
As the hotel is located in the heart of Buckingham, having reliable means of transport to this area is essential.
