Our Client An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients. The Role This role is based in Blackpool This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with banking operations or investment operations experience to focus on a role that is Corporate Actions focussed. The Operations Associate (Corporate Actions) will provide operational administrative support for all types of transactions associated with Corporate Actions, in line with regulatory wealth management procedures. The Operations Associate (Corporate Actions) will identify and process Corporate Actions on Clients’ holdings and ill identify and process Market Claims on Corporate Actions. To provide investors with clear information about Corporate Actions where appropriate and seek instruction for further action. The Operations Associate (Corporate Actions) will confirm instructions are carried out in line with Investors’ requirements and will monitor all group email boxes. The Operations Associate (Corporate Actions) will run order books, tasks & reports in Avaloq to monitor Corporate Actions being updated, pending and forthcoming events. To update and reconcile all records of Corporate event actions. The Candidate Some experience within Corporate Actions would be highly beneficial. Experience working within Financial Services. Banking Operations / Investment Operations experience would be a plus. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
