What We Offer Salary: £32,000 per annum DOE + £2,000£2,500 service charge annually (seasonal variation)
Hours: 45 per week (hospitality flexibility required, 7-day operation)

Support: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to lead and develop your team
Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar operations
Act as a deputy in the Restaurant Managers absence, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards
Lead, motivate, and support a front-of-house team of around 20 (fluctuating seasonally)
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience across different dining concepts (casual daytime / elevated evening service)
Take responsibility for floor supervision during busy service periods, leading by example and ensuring service excellence
Support with managing rotas, labour costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Uphold compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve guest experience and team performance
Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant & Bar Manager, or similar within a hotel, resort, or high-end dining environment
Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, supportive style
Experience in a rosette, fine dining, or golf/resort environment desirable but not essential
Commercially astute with good knowledge of cost control, stock management, and scheduling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and continuous improvement
Must be able to drive due to location (no on-site live-in available)
