Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guests' needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
* Provide excellent service by attending to guests' needs throughout their customer journey, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and specific food service/catering guidelines established on site.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Passionate about food and/or customer service.
* Enjoy working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Problem‑solving mindset, ability to adapt to challenges.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
* Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
