We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Programmer specializing in Sigma NEST MRP (or similar MRP) to join our team in Avonmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Sigma NEST programs for efficient material processing and optimization.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design solutions that integrate with our manufacturing processes.
* Analyse production data to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in programming to enhance performance.
* Assist in training staff on the use of Sigma NEST and ensure best practices are followed.
* Stay updated with the latest software releases and enhancements, and apply them to improve operational efficiency.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to process innovation.
Qualifications:
* College or University graduate (current or historical) in Software Engineering, Programming or a related field.
* Familiarity with Sigma NEST or other MRP software programming is acceptable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
