3. Develop and implement project governance frameworks to support technology initiatives.
4. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Ensure resource allocation aligns with organisational priorities.
6. Facilitate risk management strategies across all projects.
7. Support project teams in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
8. Coordinate communication between various teams and departments.
9. Maintain documentation and reporting for all ongoing projects.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PMO Lead should have:
11. Experience in project governance and management within the a local council or housing environments.
12. Knowledge of best practices in resource and risk management.
13. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
14. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
15. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
16. A track record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
