The position would be suitable for an individual with a strong background in a similar role and ideally suit someone with strong leadership and management skills.
The job role will encompass all aspects of the day to day running of a busy seasonal seaside location. Assisting the hotel manager in their duties and taking a leading role in the managers absence.
Duties Will Include
Setting and maintaining high levels of Customer service and staff discipline
Taking initiative and setting an example during busy periods
Staff Management
Staff Training and development
Cashing up and Locking up.
General Paperwork associated with the day to day running.
Striving to develop the business and help us drive forward into new challenges.
The Right candidate should have excellent self motivation and a drive to meet or exceed the expected standards. Excellent verbal communication skills as the role will involve a large degree of customer interaction.
Capable of managing a team of staff in the right way developing and improving individuals to help them achieve targets.
