About the Role
1. Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects.
2. Assist with learning activities for EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and Key Stage 3.
3. Support students with varying needs, including SEN.
4. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate
5. Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexible and confident in adapting to different age groups and settings.
8. A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
