The Role: Structured Finance Senior Associate
The Firm: Fintech
The Location: City of London (hybrid)
One of Europes' fastest growing Fintech is going through a scaleup as they enter their Series B fundraising activities. The CFO needs a Structured Finance professional to work with the finance team on structured transactions, lender relationships and capital markets reporting
The Responsibilities:
* Support with existing structured financing vehicles as well as new funding initiatives
* Own the relationship with credit insurance providers and managing agents
* Lead preparation and negotiation of term sheets, long-form financing documentation etc
* Co-ordinate with agents on drawdowns, waterfall distributions & repayments
* Ensure full compliance with eligibility criteria, covenants and undertakings, triggers, and early amortisation events across all facilities
The Requirements:
* 2-5 Years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisation
* Understanding of SPVs and/or warehouse style lending facilities
* Comfortable with loan criteria, covenants, transaction documents
