Salary – £38,000 - £46,500 FTE + NHS pension + 5.5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays excl.

Your role –
Full-time or Part-time post– minimum 30 hours per week
Work closely with GPs and Nursing team on patients with Chronic Conditions
Primarily face-to-face appointments with patients
Some involvement in treatment room nursing duties (smears, wound care, imms, etc.)
No extended hours requirement
Your own consulting room
20-30 minute appointments
Primary care experience is essential
Huge focus on the quality of care to patients, rather than trying to treat as many as possible
Prescribing qualification not essential – will receive support on this
