9. Evaluate supplier performance and address any discrepancies effectively.
10. Support the procurement and supply chain team in achieving departmental objectives.
11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sourcing Manager should have:
12. Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within professional services.
13. have previous category experience in HR, marketing, professional services and/or technology categories
14. Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and supplier management.
15. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
16. Ability to analyse market data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
17. Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools.
18. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
19. Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (desirable).
