Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are appointing motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Dinnington, notably within the S25 locality, offering consistent academic and emotional support to students requiring additional guidance.
As 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA), you will work closely with pupils on an individual basis, helping them stay engaged in learning, build confidence, and overcome barriers within the classroom environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support tailored to individual learning needs.
* Assist pupils with understanding tasks and staying focused.
* Support emotional wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback where required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as 1:1 Teaching Assistants or in a similar support role.
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and observation skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Awareness of safeguarding and child protection practices.
