About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and guest-focused Reservation Sales Manager to lead our reservations and sales function. This role is central to managing group and transient bookings, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. It is ideally suited to an individual that is looking for their first step in sales, managing key accounts, researching local accounts and generating new business leads into the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all reservation enquiries and group bookings across multiple channels.
* Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities into confirmed room nights
* Manage all meeting room bookings, contributing to overall revenue growth and market share.
* Maximise occupancy through effective availability and booking management.
* Produce monthly and quarterly reports, analysing data and market trends.
* Manage and reviewing online travel agency extranets.
* Collaborate with central sales and revenue teams to optimise performance.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Travel to other RBH Hospitality locations may be required for operational or development purposes.

Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day rota.
* Familiarity with hotel systems and revenue strategies is desirable.
