We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their friendly and fast-paced finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding across multiple cost centres.
• Preparing payment runs and supporting month-end activities.
• Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate creditor records.
• Processing employee expenses and resolving payment queries.
• Supporting intercompany reconciliations and ad hoc finance tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems (Dynamics desirable).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
