We’re looking for bold operators and builders ready to run at this opportunity, shape the future of a scaled business, and leave their mark.About the roleAs part of our performance transformation, we’re hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager to take ownership of Meta and TikTok execution across a group of our core markets. This is a hands-on role for an experienced growth marketer who thrives on scaling paid social programs through creative experimentation, rapid testing, and deep channel expertise. You’ll run the strategy and day-to-day execution for your core KPIs, manage large-scale testing pipelines, and play a critical role in driving acquisition results across multiple remittance corridors. You’ll work closely with growth content creators, analytics, media partners, and regional growth teams. You’ll have the chance to grow into people leadership as we scale—but we’re looking for someone who’s excited to lead from the front today.If you’ve scaled Meta or TikTok campaigns, obsess over creative performance, and want to build inside a fast-moving global growth team—we’d love to talk.What You’ll DoOwn execution across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of markets—managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and pushing for performance daily.Run high-volume creative testing—partnering with our Performance Creative Director and Creative team to review the data, ideate, launch, and iterate creative at speed (and scale).Master creative strategy, reporting and insights sharing – you will own the creative strategy and use tools like Motion to analyze creative trends, identify winners, and inform future production. Share insights and results clearly across teams—what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.Build and manage structured testing roadmaps for audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and broader creative hypotheses.Reporting and planning – responsible for reporting on channel performance, creating detailed quarterly roadmaps and leveraging trends and channel expertise to inform the overall strategy.Work closely with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to access early-stage opportunities, stay on top of best practices, and leverage support.Cross functional collaboration - Collaborate with analytics, product, CRM, and regional marketing teams to align on goals and unlock full-funnel performance.Stay ahead of the market—monitoring trends, customer behavior, competitive moves, and platform shifts to surface bold new opportunities and respond with speed.What We’re Looking For5-8 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, ideally in a high-growth B2C environment.Proven track record scaling Meta or TikTok campaigns—with an impressive story to share.Experience working with large volumes of creative in fast testing cycles; deep understanding of what makes creative win or fail.Familiarity with Motion or similar tools to evaluate and act on creative performance data is a strong plus.A sharp operator with strong instincts for pacing, spend efficiency, and optimization across multiple markets.Obsession with creative performance—you are both customer and data obsessed.Based in the US or UK.
