You don’t need a technical background — full support will be provided — but you should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
Role Overview
As Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of client engagements by ensuring schedules, resources, and communications are aligned. You’ll work closely with technical consultants, internal stakeholders, and external clients to help maintain smooth project execution.
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Organising project timelines and booking work for technical teams
* Acting as a central point of contact for internal coordination
* Supporting client communication and ensuring expectations are managed
* Tracking progress and highlighting any potential scheduling or delivery issues
