Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant with a path to property valuation and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Company: TMS Estate Agents. An independent, family-run estate agency covering the whole of Thanet.
Sales Focus: The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
Property Matching: Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
Telephone: Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
Experience: Proven ability to work successfully in a sales environment.
Full driving license and access to a car.
Full-time position, working on a rota basis over five days between Monday and Sunday, typically including at least one weekend day per week.
Commission: Highly competitive commission structure based on both individual and team sales targets.
