The Role:
As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of all weddings, corporate functions, and private events. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring each occasion is executed to the highest standards, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day conference & banqueting operations
Lead, train & motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
Ensure seamless setup, execution & breakdown of functions
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational logistics
Uphold 5-star standards & exceed guest expectations
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in conference, banqueting, or event management within a 5 star or 4 Red Star Background
Strong leadership & organisational skills
A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
Ability to multitask & thrive under pressure
Exceptional communication & problem-solving abilities
