The Dermatology Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital site is a busy, cohesive unit offering a comprehensive dermatology service to the local community. The disease spectrum is wide and interesting, partly related to the diverse ethnic background of the local population. The unit provides a full range of outpatient and day care facilities for adults with dermatological problems. The service aims to offer a one-stop shop and is continually exploring new ways of delivering care.
The post holder will be a clinically credible practitioner capable of providing effective patient care in various dermatology clinical settings, adhering to relevant policies and evidence-based nursing practices.
The post holder will also provide support and mentorship to students and junior nurses.
