* Delivering administrative assistance within a team of Legal Secretaries
* Producing typed documents and preparing legal paperwork
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence along with general office tasks
* Setting up new case files and overseeing file closures
* Organising archiving and coordinating with external storage services
Candidate Profile:
* Background in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one is essential)
* Competence in secretarial duties within one or two legal disciplines
* Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt quickly
* Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team setting
* Willingness to accommodate both office-based and remote working – initial three-month period will be office-based before transitioning to a hybrid model
