Our company is seeking an experienced Touring Caravan Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, safety, and attention to detail. They will be responsible for performing regular maintenance checks on caravans and motorhomes, including inspecting gas, electric, water, and heating systems, servicing chassis, brakes, and running gear, detecting and treating damp, sealing windows and roofs, and fitting accessories such as motor movers, solar panels, and aerials.
They will also be required to complete and file service reports and compliance paperwork, provide excellent customer service, and explain work carried out to customers. In addition, they will need to manage their time effectively, work independently, and have strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Experience in caravan or motorhome servicing is essential, with knowledge of 12V, 240V, gas systems, and plumbing also desirable. A full UK driving license is required for mobile work, and an NCC Approved Workshop qualification or ACOPS would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:
