What the Role Involves
This is a hands-on role from day one, combining practical campaign work with structured leadership development.
Management Trainee role:
* Working directly on face-to-face campaigns
* Learning how to lead, coach, and support a small team
* Understanding daily operations, KPIs, and performance standards
* Developing communication, confidence, and decision-making skills
* Receiving daily coaching from senior leaders
Junior Management role (progression within 4–8 months):
* Managing and developing teams of 10–15 people
* Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding
* Analysing performance data and forecasting results
* Assisting with client reporting and campaign delivery
* Taking ownership of team outcomes
Senior Management role (progression within 8–12 months):
* Leading larger teams or divisions
* Managing client relationships and delivery expectations
* Driving growth, strategy, and operational planning
* Supporting UK expansion and future market launches
* Operating as part of the wider business leadership team
