About the Role: Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Start Date: September 2025 Location: Mitcham, South London Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or learning delays. Assist the class teacher in delivering a supportive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with SENCOs, external professionals, and parents to implement and review individual learning plans. Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion in all aspects of school life.
