Are you looking for a Senior Product Manager, group/engineering role where you will impact the product roadmap and work with partners to drive usage and business growth for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop? If so, then we are looking for you!
The Windows Cloud Engineering team is building a Partner Acceleration Team (PAT) to engage with our product's most strategic partners to ensure they can deliver top-notch customer experiences with our products, while equally growing their own. We are looking for partner-obsessed individuals to drive positive product change through influencing product priorities, using customer listening and technical knowledge to upskill partners with deep technical solutions, and build strong, collaborative relationships with their partners and create value for both the partner and Microsoft.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
2. Proven ability to forge strong relationships with partners (Business Decision Makers, CSOs and IT Leaders), speaking on behalf of engineering, helping them understand our value proposition and our services.
3. Deep technical experience deploying, managing, or supporting at least one of the following technologies: Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Virtualization tools, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or other similar technologies.
4. Prior experience working directly with customers and/or partners to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions.
5. Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle development, having worked closely with other product managers, software engineers, and product marketing teams to deliver best-in-class customer/partner experiences.
6. Experience identifying product gaps and advocating on behalf of customers and partners to make products stronger.
7. Proven track record driving prioritization and tradeoffs of product improvements based on actual customer requirements and expected impact.
Other Qualifications:
8. A willingness to travel to and work on-site at partner/customer locations (as the position may require up to 25% travel).

Responsibilities
9. Build trust with a targeted selection of complex and advanced partners to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle.
10. Independently contribute to identifying partners’ unmet or unknown needs for enhancements or development of multiple feature areas while working directly with partners and scope the impact and prioritization of their need.
11. Bring together internal teams and external partners and engage in direct 1:1 (e.g., visits, interviews) partner engagements to solicit feedback and understand their experiences with Microsoft’s products and services.
12. Maintain a broad understanding across multiple product areas working with partners.
13. Help define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for the feature areas based on a deep understanding of partner needs.
14. Influence and engage with cross-functional internal teams, external partners, including early adopting partners, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple feature areas.
15. Provide thought leadership for questions and challenges from partners.
16. Travel to and work on-site at partner locations as required
