The scope of services will be reviewed should there be a significant change to client support requirements.
Scope of Work:
1. Develop a fully integrated EPCI Level 2/3 schedule covering SURF, SPS interfaces, umbilicals, fabrication, logistics, offshore installation, testing, and commissioning.
2. Review all FEED deliverables, engineering maturity, and contractor execution plans to establish accurate activity sequencing and durations.
3. Build logic-driven network schedules with clear critical paths, float analysis, and interdependency mapping between subsea and topsides scopes.
4. Incorporate procurement timelines, long-lead items, vendor data, and anticipated fabrication yard readiness.
5. Align schedule with project’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and provide a structured Cost Time Resource (CTR) integration.
6. Develop offshore campaign planning including vessel spreads, metocean constraints, and installation windows.
7. Prepare schedule risk inputs by identifying key schedule drivers, uncertainties, and bottlenecks for inclusion in the project’s broader schedule risk analysis (SRA).
8. Participate in internal reviews and provide periodic status updates, scenario modelling, and optimisation opportunities.
Experience Requirements
9. 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in offshore oil & gas, with at least 5 years in subsea EPCI projects (SURF, SPS, umbilicals, installation campaigns).
10. Proven experience developing and managing Level 2–4 schedules for major subsea or offshore brownfield/greenfield developments.
11. Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, including logic building, resource loading, critical path analysis, and scenario planning.
12. Demonstrated capability in planning offshore installation campaigns, including vessel scheduling, metocean constraints, load‑out sequencing, and marine spread integration.
13. Familiarity with subsea fabrication, testing, and procurement processes, including long-lead items and vendor deliverable sequencing.
14. Experience working at the FEED-to-EPCI transition stage, ensuring alignment between engineering deliverables, procurement timelines, and construction milestones.
15. Ability to integrate schedules across SURF, SPS, and topsides scopes and manage interface-driven dependencies.
16. Prior involvement in Schedule Risk Analyses (SRA), identification of uncertainties, and preparation of probabilistic schedule inputs preferred.
