We have an opportunity for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Holbeach, Lincolnshire.
The practice is looking for a veterinary surgeon who has the competence to perform routine surgeries, excellent communication skills, high clinical standards and good practical experience gained in a small animal practice. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills of other vets, new graduates and nurses.
You will have the experience and confidence necessary to improve the practice effectively and raise the already high standards provided by the clinic. You will have the ability to create trusting and dependable relationships with your clients and will provide the gold standard of care to the practice's patients and clients. There is no sole charge requirement but as the lead vet you will be competent to this standard and allow your colleagues to trust your decisions.
This role is full time for 39 hours per week over 4 days, along with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work and no on-call duties.

About you
26. You will have practical experience gained in a small animal practice
27. You will be comfortable working sole charge
28. You will ideally have a bias or area of specialism that you would like to pursue
29. You will be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations

31. An interest in pursuing a certificate would be supported and encouraged

Package:
50. Salary: Up to £80, per annum, commensurate to experience
