Assess mechanical issues, allocate appropriate resources and ensure safe, timely, value‑for‑money repairs. Maintain strong customer relationships, providing clear updates and driving a proactive, planned‑first approach. Manage team performance, workloads, rotas and development, ensuring 24/7 service continuity and high standards of H&S. Monitor KPIs, compliance tasks and contractor performance, driving continuous improvement and right‑first‑time delivery.
