Role Description
This is a full-time, on the road for a Solar Sales Representative, based in Glasgow. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting needs assessments, and delivering tailored energy solutions. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting solar installation services, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support after sales.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in sales, customer interaction, and client relationship management
* Knowledge of solar energy solutions, energy efficiency, or environmental sustainability
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
* Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and related platforms
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment
* Prior sales experience or experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
* Completion of sales training or certifications in energy efficiency is advantageous.
