The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to support schools throughout Gloucestershire. With demand high across multiple subjects and year groups, this is an excellent time to secure consistent work while maintaining flexibility.
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into a variety of classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning. This role is ideal if you enjoy variety, want to broaden your experience, or need a better work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons as a Supply Teacher across different subjects
2. Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
3. Adapting quickly to different school settings, including mainstream and SEN
4. Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
5. Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times
6. Building strong relationships with staff and students as a trusted Supply Teacher
About the Schools
You’ll be working as a Supply Teacher across a network of welcoming schools throughout Gloucestershire. These schools offer:

What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Supply Teacher, you should:
11. Hold QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification
12. Have recent UK classroom experience
13. Be flexible, reliable, and confident in new environments
14. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
15. Be able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
