Executive Assistant Our client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and fast-paced team, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will provide critical, high-level administrative support to the global executive team and senior leadership team in the UK. Executive Assistant Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders, including complex calendar management, international travel coordination, and cross-time-zone scheduling. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive events, including scheduling, preparation, travel arrangements, and on-site support. Manage confidential correspondence, reports, legal documents, and board governance materials with professionalism and discretion. Support fundraising and business development activities by coordinating meetings, tracking documentation, and managing follow-ups. Drive administrative process improvements, assist with budget tracking, and oversee expense reporting and procurement support. Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and supporting strategic initiatives as needed.
