We are Printed.com, one of the largest and fastest growing on-line print shops in the UK. We are filled to the brim with a passionate team who are mad about printing, designing, building and growing the business. In the office you’ll find that we are forward-thinking, with a mission to be creative, innovative and to help our customers.
We are constantly investing in new products and using technology to improve how we increase our market share and take advantage of new opportunities. Catch us in our production space and you will find a fast-paced, dedicated team who endeavour to reach perfection for our customers.
We’re a growing company with offices in London and Newcastle, looking for employees that are equal parts dynamic and enthusiastic. People brimming over with new, original ideas that they just can’t wait to share with their team and bring to life.
Role Overview
This role will be at the heart of the delivery of our marketing campaigns, using data and insights to create targeted marketing activity that truly connects with our customers. You’ll be crafting detailed briefs that bring together objectives, messaging, visual direction and copywriting - setting the stage for campaigns that not only stand out but genuinely deliver results.
You’ll take ownership of key customer-facing channels, including email marketing, on-site personalisation and direct mail, ensuring each touchpoint is effectively targeted, well-executed and insight-led. You’ll coordinate other campaign activity with channel owners across social, paid media, SEO and more - ensuring plans are aligned and campaigns are cohesive and fully integrated.
With a sharp eye on data and reporting, you’ll continually refine campaigns and offer recommendations that boost performance and keep us ahead of the game.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who loves diving into data to shape, deliver and optimise campaigns. You’ll be highly organised, skilled at managing multiple projects, and adept at forward planning to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
You’ll have a strong ability to connect customer needs and use cases with product benefits, ensuring campaigns truly resonate. You’ll also be comfortable using analytics tools like PowerBI and GA4 to uncover deep insights into customers, products and campaign performance.
If you’re motivated by making a real difference, enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in leading campaigns that truly perform - we’d love to hear from you.
