About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant / Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Based in the UK, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks from invoicing and expense reporting to maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
* Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
