Role Purpose
Lead the Rainham Service Centre team to meet the required turnaround of laundry and repair. and to meet the client contractual requirements. Ensure delivery within cost, quality, and safety standards, while building a high-performing, engaged team. Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service, efficiency, and compliance.

Allocate resources to meet service commitments on time and within budget. Manage team availability, vehicle readiness, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Prospective earnings £40k a year ,after a temp-perm probation
Hours of work 8.30am-5pm Mon-fri some weekends will be required
