Redcar and Cleveland College is a vibrant, forward-facing college awarded Outstanding by Ofsted. We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support team, reporting to the Learning Support Coordinator. The department provides an outstanding service to support students who have declared a learning difficulty or disability, as well as those identified during their college journey.
Responsibilities
* Work with teaching staff to plan and adjust learning methods for students requiring additional support.
* Develop strategies to respond to individual and group learning support needs.
* Promote independence and resilience in learners with support needs.
