Job Opportunity Your Role Will Include: Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents; interests, hobbies and abilities. Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well-being Ensuring that our team of coordinators is fully supported to deliver regular, therapeutic, meaningful, and engaging activities throughout the day. Provide consistent supervision to the coordinators you will be leading, ensuring they feel supported in their roles and provide a dedicated space to discuss any concerns, performance goals, and training requirements.
