Responsibilities in your new role as Accounts Assistant
As an Accounts Assistant, you will work within a small but busy accounts team, providing excellent attention to detail to ensure the seamless operation of our finance function. You will handle various tasks including, resolving any invoice discrepancies, processing invoices, and addressing client queries. Your role will also involve obtaining order numbers from clients, liaising with other departments regarding billing, and working closely with the Finance department on account issues.
This is a temporary ongoing position that may have the scope to lead to a longer term role for the right person.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, ideally someone who is proficient in SAGE. Your detail-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence will be essential as you manage invoices and resolve billing queries.
