We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.



Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 day per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 5.30pm Mon–Thurs and 8am–5pm Fri – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As an L&D Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering a high-quality learning and development administration service across Kier.

Your day to day will include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for employees and L&D representatives regarding the learning management system
* Booking and coordinating training courses and leadership programmes
* Administering psychometric testing and managing purchase orders/invoicing
* Supporting system changes and user queries related to Kier Learn (Kallidus)
* Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery



What are we looking for?

This role of L&D Administrator is great for you if:

* You have experience using learning management systems (Kallidus preferred)
* You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating at all levels
* You're skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams, and thrive in a collaborative environment
