Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
(starting 1st September 2024)
Expected duration of Apprenticeship: 18-24 months
37hrs per week including 20% off the job training per week (8:30am – 4:00pm, Mon-Fri)
This is a key position within the support structure of the school. You will work with and support the Marketing and Communications supervisor in organising a wide range of promotional projects around the school starting in September 2024. Tasks will include:
•To film & photograph school experiences and events.
•To edit and produce media footage to be used on online platforms and marketing material
•To support internal marketing displays.
•To support the Marketing and Communication officer with administrative tasks.
•To support and enrich the Social Media presence of the school
•Undertake daily administrative tasks.
The apprenticeship will combine practical training in a job with study. You will be studying to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketer.
As an apprentice you will:
• work alongside experienced staff
• gain job-specific skills
• earn a wage and get holiday pay
• study towards a related framework (usually one day a week)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging, flexible and organised person with a good standard of education (5 A-C (9-4) GCSE’s including Maths & English), good ICT skills and an interest in marketing, IT and social media with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. These are all essential for coping with the demands of a busy school environment. The post is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in digital marketing.
