We are working with an indpendant school in Winchester that are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher of Girls’ PE to join a vibrant and dedicated team at. The successful candidate will have the vision and energy to promote participation and excellence in sport across all age groups, both in the curriculum and through our extensive co-curricular programme.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons to girls across a range of year groups
*
Coach and lead teams in key sports such as hockey, netball, athletics, tennis, and swimming
*
Play a full and active role in the school’s co-curricular and boarding life, including fixtures and residential trips
*
Foster a love of physical activity and a culture of sportsmanship and personal achievement
*
Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and departmental planning
Person Specification
*
Experience of coaching or teaching in a school setting, preferably in an independent or boarding school
*
A commitment to the pastoral and wider life of a boarding school community
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire young people
*
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and collaborative in approach
