Role Overview: Coforge is seeking a seasoned Product Manager or Business Analyst with deep expertise in Fund Administration to lead strategic engagements within banking global operations. This role is critical to our success and demands a strong blend of domain knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and product leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary interface to banking global business stakeholders, representing Coforge. Translate fund accounting and administration needs into product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational workflows. Engage with business users to challenge feedback, optimize business architecture, and identify opportunities for transformation. Lead development initiatives, collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and implemented. Promote process improvement, automation, and innovation, especially in accounting workflows, reconciliations, and reporting. Facilitate strategic discussions around future areas of transformation, positioning Coforge as a long-term partner in operational excellence.
Candidate Profile:
* 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Fund Administration OR 5+ years of experience in a bank or financial institution as a Domain SME in Fund Administration, with at least 2 years of experience leading development projects.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, fund structures, and operational intricacies within investment management.
* Exposure to deal processing, reconciliations, and financial modeling.
* Basic familiarity with SQL queries; technical depth not required but ability to interpret data is essential.
* Limited prior experience in AI or automation, but openness to innovation and process improvement is expected.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to instill confidence in global banking teams.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to evangelize product value, drive platform adoption, and lead transformation initiatives.
