The ideal Cover Supervisor will have strong behavior management experience and an understanding of a variety of subjects taught at secondary level. What you'll be doing as a Cover Supervisor * Preparing the classroom for lessons and delivering a variety of work prepared by the absent class teacher * Maintain classroom control * Engage learners with both classroom and lab-based activities * Be flexible, think on your feet and show an enthusiasm for a variety of subjects * Work in accordance to the school's behaviour management policies What you'll need to be successful as a Cover Supervisor * At least 3 months experience working with children * Ideally be educated to a degree level * References covering the last two years * Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one * The right to work in the UK Interested?
