This is a hands-on role with real influence, blending finance, data and systems to deliver high-quality management information and drive smarter business decisions across the organisation.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines a commercial finance background with a strong technical mindset and passion for Data and Systems optimisation and reporting automation.Key Responsibilities:Act as the lead contact for ERP and reporting systems, ensuring smooth operation, development, and optimisation.Maintain and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI, Jet Reports, Power Query, and Excel.Support with the production and analysis of financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.Build and maintain models to support business decisions, such as pricing, cost analysis, and inventory planning.Support business functions with non-financial reporting e.g., service performance, customer metrics, and delivery data.Partner with senior leaders to enhance reporting capabilities and support process improvements across finance systems.What We’re Looking For:Hands-on experience with ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.Proven background in financial planning, reporting, or analysis (5+ years).Strong proficiency with Excel (advanced level), and experience using Jet Reports or similar BI tools.Passion for automation, process improvement, and presenting data in clear, creative ways.If interested, please contact Jacob Ferdinand at Jacob.Ferdinand@experis.co.uk to find out more.
