Are you a qualified or aspiring Otago Falls Prevention Instructor looking for a new way to make a difference in Cheshire East? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking enthusiastic Otago Falls Prevention Instructors to join our team to deliver both in-person group and remote classes across Cheshire East as part of the One You contract. We have two part-time roles and casual opportunities available.
Otago Falls Prevention Instructors support individuals who have fallen or have poor balance and mobility by instructing safe, correct techniques, implementing evidence-based exercises, and motivating participants to remain independent.
As an Otago Falls Prevention Instructor, you will provide high-quality in-person and remote group exercise classes, helping our members improve wellbeing and participate safely and enjoyably — enhancing balance, strength, and coordination.
We are looking for passionate individuals eager to improve lives. If this sounds like you, get in touch! There is potential to expand into delivering Move It or Lose It sessions in the future.
Priority will be given to qualified applicants (Otago or PSI qualification required) for the two part-time roles. We also welcome aspiring instructors who hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Fitness (and ideally Level 3 GP referral, though not essential) to join our aspiring pathway.
