Our client based in the Bordon area is looking to recruit a Production Engineer. They are experts in electronic and mechanical design with a reputation for quality and field-proven reliability. The Production Process Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising manufacturing processes within an electronics production environment. The role ensures that production activities are efficient, repeatable, and aligned with quality standards. A key focus is placed on process documentation, standardisation, and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The engineer will also support the introduction of new products and process changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 17.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and control plans. Conduct time and motion studies and implement changes to streamline workflow and reduce non-value-added activities.
