This role sits within the Student Services Operations Team, providing dedicated administrative and front‑line support to the Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. The Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Service delivers professional, confidential support to students experiencing emotional difficulties and mental health challenges. The team plays a vital role in promoting student wellbeing and ensuring students can access the support they need in a timely, compassionate, and professional manner.
We are seeking a highly organised and student‑focused Senior Administrator to play a key role in delivering an excellent front‑of‑house and administrative service. You will be the first point of contact for students accessing the service, providing a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience. You will ensure that all interactions are handled with sensitivity, discretion, and empathy, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment for students.
While your primary responsibility will be to support the Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, you may also be required to provide administrative support across other areas of Student Services. This role is mainly campus based, with the option to work from home one day per week once training has been completed.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting student wellbeing.
Please ensure that you include a CV and a detailed covering letter with your application. Shortlisting is carried out based on your covering letter and how you meet each of the Person Specification criteria and give evidence of your experience.
